Style & Tranquility

The apartments can be linked to the hotel, giving owners access to the pool and other world-class hotel amenities. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are available and, in keeping with the style of the village, the buildings will be no higher than four storeys. The 3 bedroom units will consist of two titles, each with its own kitchen, store room and parking allocation. The upper units will be supplied with lifts and for owners with boats, 12 lock-up boat garages with extra store rooms are available.

Safety is a given, with state-of-the-art biometric access control, an unobtrusive perimeter fence, a 24-hour control room to ensure total peace of mind. The perimeter of the Estate will be covered with CCTV system with analytics to cover the first line of security for the property. The residential area entrance & exit will be equipped with booms, biometric access control, CCTV system and a Visitor Management System (VMS). Struisbaai only has one road leading into the town making it a very safe and controlled town.
